Registration Summer: Mid/High

Cohort 13: Summer 2021 Schedule (update 4/15/21)

Mid-High cohort members are expected to register for courses listed below. Priority registration is May 3 – 7. To register, log into your DUCK WEB account and click term registration. If for some reason you do not register in May, please contact the Financial Aid office to ensure your summer aid.

Common Registration HOLD issues in DuckWeb
* Grad School – pending receipt of your final degree transcript (release typical occurs in late July)
* Financial – UO continuing students with a $1,000+ balance (release upon payment)
* Health Center – requires proof of Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) immunity or an acceptable form of exception.

* UOTeach reserves the rights to move students between sections to maintain balance in class sections.

Student Field Experience / EDST 627 class: includes 15 hours a week for 4-weeks of site based field observation and accompanying classroom management course.

Dual Endorsement = Primary Subject Endorsement + ESOL

While in UOTeach, you are encouraged to take UOTeach methods course work Fall and Winter term for an additional post-licensure subject area endorsement(s).

Post-licensure Added Endorsements:

TSPC* does not allow you to apply for a third endorsement while in the program. You will be advised on how to add other subject area endorsement(s) during the fall course registration meeting.

The TSPC application to add the endorsement(s) can be submit immediately after becoming a licensed Oregon teacher. This will require the subject area coursework, an ORELA in that subject area, and your approved Preliminary Teaching License.

Schedule Part-Time

UOTeach courses are sequential, courses are only offered once a year. Teacher candidates interested in switching to a part-time program plan will need to set up a meeting with the program director.
