Prior to August 14, the following teacher candidates must submit a “Change of Graduate Classification” form and include required NES/ORELA and/or pre-requisite coursework documentation to uoteach@uoregon.edu.
- Mid-High cohort – If you were admitted to UOTeach prior to providing UOTeach with your official passing NES/ORELA subject area results, your admission status is conditional.
- Elementary cohort – if you were admitted to UOTeach prior to providing UOTeach with official evidence that you have met the required Math or PE prerequisite, your admission status is conditional.

- Teacher Candidate submit Change of Graduate Classification form with evidence of required passing NES/ORELA and/or pre-requisite coursework to uoteach@uoregon.edu
- UOTeach will review and sign off on the form and submit it to the Grad School
- Once the Graduate School has approved the change, the Registrar’s Office will officially change student status from “Conditional” to “Master.”
Students with unresolved conditional status will be required to postpone the start of field experience, EDST 627, and fall term.
