Fall Registration: Mid-High

Fall 2021 Registration. To register, log into your DuckWeb account and click term registration.

Common Registration HOLDS in DuckWeb
* Grad School – pending receipt of your final degree transcript (release typical occurs in late July)
* Financial – UO has a $1,000 balance max (release upon payment)
* Health Center – requires proof of Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) immunity or an acceptable form of exception.

Mid / High School 

  • Full-time student registration is 4 classes /16 credit hours.
  • Part-time registration is 2 classes / 8 credits (typically EDST 638 and EDST 614)

NEW: Fall course registration for UOTeach will be open August 31-Oct 2

Enrollment Table Course Instructions:

  1. Ed Psych: enroll in the Cultural Context of Education 
  2. ESOL Methods: select one of the two ESOL methods course sections 
  3. Primary Methods: enroll in the methods course that matches the endorsement area which you were admitted.
  4. Elective Methods: all students are required to enroll in an elective course. Typically this is a second subject area methods course or a related masters level course from EDST, EDLD, EDUC, SPED or a graduate course from the primary content area you are pursuing.**Students interested in taking a non-COE electives must complete the Alternative Elective Course form. Registration in any course outside of EDST requires that you contact the faculty instructor with your name, UO ID#, and grad program status, to request enrollment approval.

Adding Endorsements – Students pursuing additional in-program or post-licensure endorsements must take the appropriate subject area methods course. Methods courses taken at this time can be applied to a future post-licensure endorsement application.

Any elective may be:

  • teaching career related graduate courses through the College of Education (e.g. content area courses, special education courses, educational leadership, etc),
  • graduate level (500 or 600) or higher.
  • from the primary content endorsement area department**
