Claim your DUCK ID

All supervisors automatically receive a UO Duck ID and email account. If you’ve been at UO, you will continue with the same Duck ID and email address.

If you’re new to UO, you need to complete several steps to Claim your DUCKID and create a UOEmail. See https://it.uoregon.edu/duckid for instructions.

Claim Your DUCK ID and Create a new Email

Enter your UO ID number and Personal Access Code (PAC) (see below) from your UO contract letter. All UO email addresses are your personal DuckID followed by @uoregon.edu (e.g., uoteach@uoregon.edu).

If you need assistance, you can go to the Technology Services Desk in 151 McKenzie Hall (on Kincaid Street) and ask for help.

Your initial personal access code (PAC) is issued by Human Resources and sent with your contract to either your department mailbox or home address after your job record is finalized at the UO Payroll Office.  If you lose your PAC you must go to Human Resources (with photo I.D.) to get it reissued. This office is located at 677 East 12th Ave., Suite 400 (in one of the former Sacred Heart buildings).

Create a new Email on DuckWeb

DuckWeb is an interactive web application with academic and employee related information.  In order to access DuckWeb you need your Personal Access Code (PAC) (see above).  You can use DuckWeb to access your employee information.  For further information, please visit http://duckweb.uoregon.edu.
